In Tennessee, football teams are estimated to be 60–75% Black, and basketball teams around 70–85% Black.
In Georgia and Florida, football rosters are usually around 65–80% Black, while basketball rosters are often 75–90% Black.
South Carolina and Mississippi schools have football teams that are roughly 60–75% Black and basketball teams that are about 70–85% Black.
Louisiana is estimated to be 70–85% Black in football and 80–90% Black in basketball.
In Texas are generally around 60–75% Black in football and 70–85% Black in basketball.
In North Carolina is estimated to be around 50–70% Black, and basketball rosters are around 60–85% Black.
