Don’t worry, you haven’t missed a thing! We didn’t have a Thursday Joy’s House Insiders this week, as I am on a brief semi-vacation (I really don’t actually take time off because, you know … fascism …)

But I wanted to give our wider subscriber audience a sneak peek at what our premium friends are getting access to, and letting you all in on some of the new things in store at Joy’s House! We’re keeping the comments closed, though, to keep our premium subscribers experience … well … premium.
So what’s new?
We recently added a new newsletter to the House, in addition to our Daily Reid, Countering White Christian Nationalism series with Robert P. Jones and the Almost Famous series by June Carryl, our newest section: Unmuted Daughter, by licensed clinical mental health psychotherapist, Dr. Andrea Garraway (who is a real PhD, not the made-up kind… helloooo, Cheyenne…) will help you navigate the crazy that seems to have taken over the world.
And in case you’ve missed them, we’ve had amazing weekly conversations exclusively available to our premium subscribers, giving you key insights into the political landscape going into the November midterms. In case you’ve missed them and want to catch up, or gift access to the insider chats to your friends, here’s a review:
On May 28th, I brought two of my longtime Florida friends, pollster Fernand Amandi and political consultant Marlon Hill together to break down the Congressional District 20 race and the governor’s race that will make Florida newsworthy again in November:
On May 21st, I had a great conversation with Jonathan V. Last about the state of the Republican Party, and what, if anything, can be done about it…
Our guest on May 14th was my friend Steve Schmidt … who broke down the strategy Democrats can use to save the Republic:
On April 19, Tim Miller of The Bulwark joined to discuss the unfolding primary calendar and where the opportunities for change lie:
On March 26, I spoke with pollster Terrance Woodbury about the state of Black voters, their expectations, and how to maximize Black turnout during the midterms:
On March 12, Stuart Stevens joined to talk all things political. One of my favorite go-tos for political insight!
And on our very first Insiders, Tom Bonier joined to break down the most recent polling and election data:
Mainly, I want to thank you again for being a premium Joy’s House subscriber. Your support allows this independent media venture to thrive and grow. And we are growing!
We’d love to hear from you! What features and special series or exclusive chat guests would you like to see at Joy’s House? Let us know in the comments section, which of course, is exclusively for YOU.
